Taylor Momsen

Taylor Momsen (born Taylor Marien) is an American actress, singer, and song writer. Her most well-known work is for her work as the leader singer of the rock group The Pretty Reckless. Multi-talented, she was introduced to the world of entertainment in the age of two. Her life has been described as an exciting rollercoaster with daily job commitments at a young stage, she boasts that she "did never have a true life" while growing up. A gorgeous young woman of Missouri that was brought up Roman Catholic but is now atheist, declares that she no longer believes in any religion. Her family lineage dates back to the ethnic Germans which were a part of the 'then' Russian empire. In the beginning of her career, she was involved in performing as a child, she moved out into modelling and music. Music industry-wise, her appearance in the series 'Gossip Girl' as Jenny Humphrey made her famous. Although she's a multi-faceted personality however, she says that her true love is music. She has opted to stop doing acting work to pursue her music career.
